At Mumtaz Aroma, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you face any issue with your order, please review the following policy:

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 90045 46269 / +91 99677 58223.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • Unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

• To request a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos, and unboxing video.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

Replacements

• If stock is available, a replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days.

• If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
