Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 90045 46269 / +91 99677 58223.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
Incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos, and unboxing video.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
Replacements
If stock is available, a replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
