At Mumtaz Aroma, we aim to ensure that every order reaches our customers safely and on time. We currently deliver to most locations across India and are constantly working to expand our delivery reach.

Order Handling & Dispatch

Most orders placed on www.mumtazaroma.com are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). After your order is packed and ready, it is handed over to a trusted logistics partner for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 working days
  • Non-metro and remote areas: 5–8 working days

Please note: While we work closely with our courier partners to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high volumes, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen regional disruptions.

Delivery Guidelines
